I don't have a grudge against Tuscon.
It was just very low on cities I liked that I have visited.

Master of the obvious here.
Almost every (if not every) fairly decent size city in the USA has some beautiful parts and some horrendous parts to it. There are always going to be positives and negatives when discussing cities - that people are not always going to agree upon.
Jeeper - I laugh (but it's not really funny) when you come on here and give your opinion/s about different places/cities but then say, "we didn't venture into low value property areas, nor would i spend any time in similar areas of any city".
Is that really true? If so, gee, I feel it's unfortunate that you don't want to experience different things in different neighborhoods of a city and see what a city truly has to offer - other than the "high (or medium) value property areas".
You're a decent guy. Have you not ventured in to "low value property" areas to volunteer and help out those less fortunate than you? My guess is you have and you just kind of excluded that with your comment.
I am not going to accuse you of being an elitist asshole who ridicules those who have less than you do but go ahead and revisit some of you recent posts and see why someone might.
Back to Tacos v Enchiladas.......

apt for this thread, some of the best food can often be found in some of the sketchiest parts of a city
the best mexican food in SLC is in the less, or maybe least, affluent areas

I dont see how i would be considered elitist because I choose to not spend my vacations exploring the slums. Nor do I judge a city by a 8 block section that I find undesirable.
And yes, I do volunteer my time for things such as you described. Not enough though.

I made spaghetti tacos for the kids when they were little. From some Disney show, I think.

I was all gushered the other night and made taco spaghetti. Had leftover taco meat and leftover pasta, heated it all up and smothered in cheese, drunk munchies accomplished.

"all gushered" lol. Your dinner description sounds a lot like a "Charlie", which was a specialty served in a dining car cafe in Chanute, KS.
Sooooo...you did a thing, see?

I thought a 'Charlie' was raw milk steak.

Are you saying the salsa allows the food to then become "Charlies"? If so, I'm afraid this is not correct. I told you what is a Charlie
