Speaking of FAFO, the IDF by itself could wipe Lebanon off the face of the Earth in a day - If the Israeli government wanted to. Now on the flip side, with the support of other countries (such as Iran), Lebanon could probably do the same to Israel.

Cease Fire.

Withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza. Check.

Hamas still exists and stay in power. While eventually Netanyahu will no longer exist and will be removed from power. Check.

It enables Hamas to better regroup and plan out bigger and stronger terrorist attacks on Israel. Check.
(Despite the "cease fire" agreement. Let's be honest, "cease fire agreements" are temporary.)

Gee, cease fire or not, between your points and mine, it seems Hamas is pretty much in a win win situation, while the citizens of Gaza and Israel are fucked either way.

Hamas doesn't do anything without the support of their sponsors. Putin is largely responsible for the autocrats posing as populists in Europe, and certainly Has his tentacles all over the Middle East. Hamas does not arm itself. It is a proxy for fundamentalist terror regimes.
