I'd prefer him over Kamala x100, but it wasn't a possible outcome this time around. It was Kamala or Biden. Any other choice alienates A LOT of people.

Full disclosure: I don't know all that much about Walz either, and, as much as I hate to admit it, I think part of my exuberance for him is my...........relief at not having to face the drama that the ultra-left, pro-Hamas-wing of the Democratic Party would have put us through, including at the DNC in Chicago in a couple of weeks, had Shapiro been the VP choice. And, and, and, I really, really like Shapiro.
