BOTH can be and ARE true. Bottom line, a Father bought and gave an AR-15 (or something similar) to his FOURTEEN YEAR OLD KID WITH OBVIOUS/KNOWN MENTAL ISSUES.

The feeling in Colorado Springs seems to be that the shooter there is only claiming to be non-binary to avoid hate crime charges. He had never previously identified as non-binary. He did however run a neo-nazi site where he regularly used anti-gay slurs.
