I don’t think there is a serious case to be made that Biden ACTUALLY confused Zelenskyy for Putin, or Harris for Trump (or vice versa, whatever).

The trouble is that you probably can’t get to 270 on serious people alone.

And it is VERY hard for Biden and his surrogates and supporters to make the (compelling) case for Trump’s towering ACTUAL mental and emotional unfitness, when Biden can’t stop stepping on rakes.

This. Whichever candidate could simply shut the fuck up could be handed the office.

Or. whichever candidate can read a teleprompter and only read a teleprompter AND listen to his advisors when they tell him to simply shut the fuck up other than reading the teleprompter.

Problem in that regard with Biden is that even when he reads off a teleprompter he still makes major "gaffes" - while having to prove that he doesn't have dementia.

Problem in that regard with Trump is that even when he reads off a teleprompter he feels the need to say something else other than what is on the teleprompter, and 9 times out of 10 those things prove he's bat shit crazy or not nearly as smart as you would think he might be with his UPenn education. Also, he can't help himself and needs to post stupid shit for his Kool-Aid drinkers on social media.
