This is a debatable premise to negate the idea of obstruction. In fact, it could be argued this would speak to motive for obstruction.

Like Bob Mueller not attending Bill Barr's "big" reveal party shouldn't cause us to jump to any conclusions about his opinion of Barr's actions, the fact that our Trump excuser extraordinarie/Energizer Bunny hasn't shown up to whataboutustodeath, shouldn't cause us to jump to any conclusions, either.
