Exactly. It’s been their only policy for the past 3 decades, besides “Let’s start wars and let the Dems deal with the consequences” and “Let’s give tax cuts to the extremely wealthy and let the Dems deal with the consequences”
SCOTUS

Re: SCOTUS
According to the current gun law ruling, only things that existed at the time of the 2nd Amendment ratification is applicable. So did they just rule that one doesn’t have a right to own an AR-15, computer or an automobile?

Re: SCOTUS
It's been a really shitty past few years in our country for a lot of reasons.
Add this to the growing list of what will go down in history as one of or many failures.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Re: SCOTUS
Roe vs. Wade has always been on shaky ground from a legal perspective. I fully believe that no state should have any rule in place forcing a woman to carry a pregnancy to term but the notion that there is some sort of Constitutional right to such a situation is kinda weak. There really is nothing in the Constitution that explicitly provides such a right. Alito is not wrong in that aspect.
Re: SCOTUS

“Abortion is not “deeply rooted in this Nation’s history and tradition,” according to Alito, and, therefore, not protected as a right.”

So much for “mah rights”. Codified in Law: when and what kind of medical care women can get and who you can do what with. The Soviet Politburo and Imams send their congratulations.
