Morrii were overwhelmed as freshmen.

But the thing about freshmen is, they become sophomores.

Unlike Jalen, who was a freshman. And then became a freshman. And then was a freshman again.

Look - I'm not at all saying he can't be a great player for us. It's just a bit weird to say he's going to be, because look at his freshman stats, when (1) he'd been in the program for a year and (2) our roster was dogshit.

My expectations of Wilson after his "been in the program for a year" season spent recovering from a broken leg are a bit different than most guys who have actually been in the system for a year practicing.

I think this is a little bit dramatic. I thought he was practicing again by the end of the season?

I just think it's absurd to use Marcus as an apples-for-apples comp, where Marcus is nearly a best-case outcome for someone with his profile.

Self and staff called him one of the best shooters on the team. Just couldn't do anything else well enough.
