That single play, in a nutshell sums up the defense so far. Even when the defense does something right they still manage to screw it up.

Crazy that the Chiefs missed two fumbles and an interception and lead by 8. Unlucky as Hell. Or not talented enough.

1st one was all on the staff. Someone should have signaled down to challenge. 2nd that is on Jones. He has to make that play. At the very least you fall on it after his first scoop missed the mark.

Kelce was triple covered. Mahomes had to escape the pocket there and run or wait for a receiver. Pocket passing is overrated

Essentially if the offense doesn’t score they are going to lose because the defense can’t stop anyone.

Hurts in the pocket should be an easy win. But guys are open on the edge all day. Sorenson playing so much is a bad sign. He isn't an every down guy.
