They're only behind GA by 32 points with a minute left in the first half.
There was no doubt that would happen.

But, it is noteworthy that several of their players opted out iirc.

It's 42-3 at the half.
I think you should be asking who said Georgia SHOULD be in the Final Four?
FWIW, in their defense, FSU is missing most if not all of their good players.

A lot more than "several". I believe over 20 of their best players "opted out".

FSU just quit.
I think they may even be playing shitty as protest.

Dumb way to protest. The best protest would have been for their players to have their best game of the year and kick Georgia's ass.

Yeah. FSU looks to be just a temporary stop for their team.

I've been to Bowl games where the final scores were 59-20, 49-16, and 65-7. Pretty much sucked being there.
I've been to Bowl games where the final scores were 52-49, 28-27, and 48-45.

Only one game I left early. That was probably the best game. The 2017 Rose Bowl. USC scored 17 unanswered in the 4th Quarter with a game winning 46 yard FG as time expired. I watched it happen at the bar in the hotel (or is it in the bar at the hotel?). A few people ridiculed me for leaving early. They were 100% right to do as such. Stupid people do stupid things.

College sports is gross now. Way worse than ever.

Get off my lawn.

They aren’t protesting anything. They are moving on from Florida State, in most cases, because of money.

‘Murica!

I think I’m gonna protest the state of college sports by kneeling during the rock chalk chant.

The best game of the year from the players left playing for FSU would have been a 30 point drubbling instead of a 60 point drubbing.

Oh, no doubt about it.

I meant with their players that elected to enter the transfer portal or sit out.

I think the odds of them kicking Georgia's ass would have been lower than the odds of them getting their ass kicked by Georgia. Thier stock is probably higher on the open market as a key player on an undefeated team that "got ripped off" rather than in a team that got their ass kicked by a team that didn't make the playoffs, proving that their arguments were a joke.

Better to claim you belonged than prove that you didn't.

Absolutely. I think Georgia was better than FSU, even if all their players stayed/played. Have to imagine the spread would have been in the 10-14ish range.

Georgia is probably one of the 4 best teams.

The line opened at 13.

I’m leaning Bama too but Michigan is far better than FSU.

I don't know why I typed the word Bama at the bottom of my post.
I might like Michigan if they didn't have Harbaugh as their coach.
Dude is 0-6 in his last 6 bowl games. Maybe he's due for a W?
Saban is 8-0 in his last 8 bowl games. Maybe he's due for an L?
