Great night for it to take place! Just so happens it's the one remaining game I hope to attend.

Not 2018 but a blast from the past and a good one at that.

Never fails. Celtics are staying at the Four Seasons and I’ve seen pretty much everyone but Marcus. Actually both guys named Marcus. Unless MM was the guy bundled up in a hoodie that was unrecognizable.
Anyways.....
I had this debate today. If you’re Rob Pelinka (Lakers GM) and you can sign any ONE of the elite free agents other than Durant - who do you sign?

Kyrie
Kawhi
Cousins
Klay
In that order

Klay has to be #1. Comfortable being 2nd/3rd option and a dynamic 3 point specialist. The perfect LeBron teammate

Tough call for me.
Obviously Kyrie would like it to be Kyrie. Wouldn't be shocked if LeBron would like it to be Kyrie too.
I think I am going to agree with Casca. Shooter/scorer who isn't worried about being the alpha dog.
P.S. The evening last night got stranger by the second.
Spoke with Hayward for a couple of minutes (we have a mutual "connection") and thought about asking him if I could borrow his wife for an hour or two. Laughed when an older couple walked up to him and the woman asked him if he is a basketball star. He just cracked a smile. The man then handed him a pen and a piece of paper and didn't actually ask him for an autograph. Just handed him the pen and paper.
Possible highlight of the evening was a disheveled looking Marlon Wayans actually running through the lobby rolling his own shitty looking suitcase and using a towel to hold the handle of it. The best part was some fat old white dude was insistent it was Jussie Smollett.
Kept repeatedly saying out loud to no one in particular - "That's Jussie Smollett".
A couple of black dudes were laughing at him so hard they probably thought it was funnier than anything Wayans has ever said or done. Guess you had to be there.

I don't think klay wants to leave GS. Especially if he knows Steph is going to stay long term. Those 2 want to play together (along with Draymond).
But klay is definitely a great fit next to LeBron. Klay fits with just about anyone honestly.

Should the kid have been tossed? I say yes - and I mean it. Father (assumed - older male that he seems to be with) deserves at least some reprimand too.

Raise your hand if you thought on February 27th the Celts wouldn't be one of the top 4 teams in the East and the Lakers wouldn't be one of the top 9 teams in the West and have a worse record than the Kings.

Love Russ.
Whatever he said must have been nice and not made the kid feel too bad. Looks like the mom was smiling and nodding too.
Russ has an abrasive personality on the court. He's not for everybody...but if you look into what he's like off the court it's nothing but positive stuff.
Favorite non Jayhawk in the NBA probably.

I think Russ may have sworn at the kid at first. Said something like what the fuck man. He seemed remorseful and looks like he apologized.
