Lol, Kyle is going to prison for a long time
I am confident you probably have no clue who his attorneys are nor who the prosecutors are.
I'd say, 99% chance he doesn't have any major charges. He's got one of the best attorneys in the country, and Illinois has already stated there will be no charges. He might even sue the media when this is over.Grandma wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 9:21 amI am confident you probably have no clue who his attorneys are nor who the prosecutors are.
To give you an idea, you basically have Harden and Westbrook going up against Kris Dunn and Adam Mokoka.
I'm also confident you DO know how the legal system works.
Knowing both things, you should realize there is a VERY strong chance he's NOT going to prison for a long time.
If he was a minor in possession of an AR-15 in the state of Illinois then he would have been and should have been "charged" and "convicted".TraditionKU wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 11:52 am why would illinois charge him anyway?
what crimes did he commit in that state?
Wasn't it already determined that the gun he used was not his and was already located in Wisconsin when he went to Kenosha?Grandma wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 12:15 pmIf he was a minor in possession of an AR-15 in the state of Illinois then he would have been and should have been "charged" and "convicted".TraditionKU wrote: ↑Thu Oct 15, 2020 11:52 am why would illinois charge him anyway?

Some kids are simply what I would call "untethered", free to roam and do what they please for a multitude of reasons. Sometimes it's due to not being around due to work and sometimes it's just parents who don't want to hassle with the unpleasant hard work of raising kids. Who knows.Grandma wrote: ↑Tue Nov 10, 2020 9:03 am My ignorance makes me question if his attorneys know exactly what they are doing and this is a strategy or if his attorneys are going to feel a need to put a muzzle on Mama Rittenhouse.
One of the many things that caught my attention in the article was this -
As Wendy Rittenhouse and her son’s attorneys try to raise money for both his release and legal defense fund, she scoffed at the suggestion her son could flee the area before a trial.
“I have $1.20 in my account,” she said. “You think I can get on a plane?”
Wait, I assume she may have a credit card or two but even if she doesn't, she has to be fully aware that there are literally 10s of thousands of people who would give her (and/or her son) the money.
That being said, why would she say "I" and not my son or my son and I?
Not sure how I feel about her but I have a strong feeling this women is a complete mess inside her head right now. No telling what she may (or may not) do.
