They aren't done, but we may be seeing vintage GM LeBron:
Out:
Kuzma, age 26
Caruso, age 27
KCP, age 28
In:
Russ, age 32
Bazemore, age 32
Ellington, age 33
Dwight, age 35
Ariza, age 36
They'll have games where they get lit up.

Jared Dudley has to be feeling pretty good about being brought back right about now.

NBA offices will burn to the ground if they give any city a team before Seattle.

Seattle seems the logical place to put an expansion team rather than getting the Pelcs. Vegas, too. That would put KC near the top for the Pelcs.

Kuzma Caruso and KCP were garbage last year in the grand scheme of things fwiw.
It is easier to get vets to sign for little $ so they can ring chase.
They have upgraded their lineup so far.
You aren't building a franchise with Caruso Kuzma and KCP. So why spend extra money on them when you can get similar players for far less money. Lakers build teams 1 year at a time for now until LeBron retires.
Caruso just signed for only 10MIL less than Devonte over the next 4 years. That is ridiculous. No way the Lakers should have beat that offer.

Caruso is goofy as hell but is a very good defender.
Kuzma is also a strong defender.

Too expensive for bench players playing 20-25ish mpg.

What’s the record oldest average age for an NBA roster?

In the modern NBA it'll probably be this lakers team. Gasol is old too.

I'll bet Knicks fans didn't think that all they'd get with their NBA leading $52 million in cap space was resigning Derrick Rose, Alec Burks and Nerlens Noel and adding free-agent forward Evan Fournier.
