Man I wish we could've/would've used Marcus Garrett in that role his senior year. a defensive menace. People forgot how elite he was defensively cause he spent all his energy trying to run our offense

He was completely misused and that's not fair to him. but props to him for putting the team first. we just didn't have the right personnel around him

Victor Oladipo coming back for another year too. that team can be really good

Marcus exposing Justin Robinson. Just Rob probably thinks he has (had) a legit chance of making the Lakers roster. Lulz!
Now let's hope somehow Marcus can make the Heat - or another team's - roster.

I'd love to go to that some time. Bad timing this year but I may try to do that next year, looks like fun.

For the lakers and for Svi. That could be a mutually beneficial arrangement. They need cheap young shooters. He can be that for them in a bench role.

139th in the league in 3 point shooting percentage last season.

I am confident he would do much better surrounded by better players. He's young. We know he can shoot.

If he becomes a Laker, he probably won't be playing too much with "better players".
He was pretty much garbage when he was a Laker in the past.

Hey, I hope the guy becomes an All-Star somewhere but let's call a spade a spade.

True. Although for them to be their best i think they will have LeBron or Russ on the floor all 48min. I would expect Russ to run with 2nd unit quite a bit within their rotation (even though he will start games) because that'll utilize him more effectively than him spending much time off the ball while LeBron is on the court. Matchups and game situation obviously influences that a lot, but i expect a strategy similar to what the NETs did whenever Harden and Irving were both healthy where 1 was almost always on the court regardless of which unit was in.

I also forgot Svi was previously a Laker.🙊
