There's a chance furphy won't play any meaningful basketball in the united states again. Should have stayed

Woulda, coulda, shoulda, kid chose to not return to KU.
I wish him luck and will move on from him being a KU Jayhawk to him being a former KU Jayhawk.

I read about that last night.
What is REALLY strange about that to me is that I spoke very briefly with his father in Chicago (at the Four Seasons Hotel) last November while he was waiting for Kyle to come down to the lobby.
I moved along and sat in the lobby and when Kyle came down, they both were speaking to each other while they were speaking with the Concierge.

At some point in the next few months I will get more scoop on the story.

Man, UConn had two lotto picks. Is Hurley a great coach or did he just catch recruiting lighting in a bottle?

And how many college coaches have won rings with multiple lotto picks?

I know Hurley, Cal, and K did. Anyone else? Might look it up later.

And I know it’s not quite Self’s style, but he has tried it. And if he added the archetypal natty-with-multiple-lotto-picks season to his resume, be totally cool with that.

When Dajuan Harris goes 15th overall next summer, Self'll have another example.

I am assuming he meant in the same draft....

Either way, did those Florida teams have 2 lotto picks? Horford and Noah? Or maybe Corey Brewer?

If Al goes back to back in college and NBA that'd be so cool. He's such a good dude. I really enjoyed he and Noah over the years.

That was a fun team to watch.

Beating them in Vegas (iirc) early during their 2nd championship season was one of the most fun regular season games I remember during the Self era.
