CHICKEN DINNER!!!!!
We're 1-0. Turned that $10 in to a whopping $11. Problem was the horse that won went off at 1/9 odds. We're up $1.

Look at everyone paying it forward.
It's like that Haley Joel Osment movie back when people liked Kevin Spacey.

Pizza and beer money.

If I were to order a 12 inch (medium) pizza with the toppings I like on it, and a six pack of Corona (I don't drink and it wouldn't be my choice but they have it) from one of my favorite pizza places, and have it delivered.....

Alcohol: 6 Pack Beer
Beer Options: Corona
$ 20.00

Salerno's Pizza: 12" Medium Pizza
Crust: Thin Crust, Whole Pizza: Bacon, Garlic, Onion
$ 24.50

Subtotal $ 44.50
Tax $ 5.23
Delivery Fee $ 5.00
Service Fee $ 1.76
Grand Total $ 56.49

+ $10.00 tip (which is being too generous but I feel $5 is being too cheap - because it's a bitch delivering to my apartment)

REAL "Grand Total" $66.49

I can get a 2 topping small ( 6 slices ) pizza for 13 dollars and get a 6 pack of Sam Adams for 11. All within 2.5 miles of me.

Tax for that is around 1.70.
I can tip 2 dollars for the pickup pizza.
10 minute trip to 2 stores.

I hedged Gutters bet when we went up 10 on WVU +8.5. Got both bet money back plus 72 cents, sorry Gutter, I didn’t believe.

Dunno what I’ll do with the 72 cents. Maybe print a fire Grimes poster.

Asshole me actually bet a 1/9 horse on top in an 8 horse superfecta. Of course it won and I lost money.
Been that kind of day.

I'm up tons from all the promotions so i'll never go in the red, but man, this last month has been pretty rugged for pdub's gambling.

I wasn't profitable, even with promotions, long term. So I have stopped (almost completely) betting Vegas spreads.

Yea, they are a profitable business, they'll win in time if you let them.

The promotions are getting worse and worse ( 25% boosts for a 4 leg parlay is such a sham ).

If i didn't get my gambling fix on the golf course it'd be harder to not be tempted to bet spreads more often. But golf, mostly, scratches my gambling itch.
