LOL
810 Sports guys were saying that KU had the bodies to play tonight and pulled out of the tournament.
If true, I think there is at least some possibility this might count as a forfeit?
And, glass half full, could also mean KU could be in good shape for next week (provided).
Considered a no-contest. NCAA doesn't recognize no-contest games.
mizzou would count it as a win. Maybe 2 wins.

A team from Texas has never won big 12 tourney.
Go Pokes.
At what point does Big 12 call it?
Baylor won't be below a 1 and oSu isn't probably going to improve seeding too much.
It's crazy that the conferences and NCAA can't think all the way back to last year and recall how much it sucked not having an NCAAT.
I 100% blame the NCAA for not restructuring the way teams get bids. Do a regular season champ and call it good and bubble for 2 weeks.
But the conferences are also greedy as shit and will do anything to get money.

absolutely
you don’t think that stupidity is largely driven by the “need”, perceived or otherwise to generate revenue?
maybe i’m just to much of a pessimist

Sure. Just don't want to gloss over the stupid part. Hell, the stupidity is losing them money.

If I'm the Big 12, I call the tournament within an hour.

Between last year, and this year, and the ncaa hammer looming...who’s ready for one tournament win between 2018-2023?

At this point I'll be surprised if we're playing next weekend.

I hope the NCAA comes to its senses and pushes back. I am doubtful we will be at/near full-strength by next weekend.

ESPN lists Texas as the uncontested winner. Is that win added to their season record? Is the loss added to ours?

NCAA does not recognize no-contests as anything related to a record. Game basically never existed.

Three positives. Sounds like Dave may be able to play but not travel initially. Some rumors around Wilson being one of three.

I blame scott drew. We ruined their perfect season. He somehow infected our team. Haha. Thatd be a real baylor move
