It's mostly just wishful thinking trying to convince ourselves that Remy Martin = Malik Newman because we want the results to end up the same.

He ( illy regarding Malik ) is not wrong actually.
And this, "He literally was never responsible for breaking down the defense" is just made up just because, well, why not.

Your self imposed position of DaJuan defender has stunted what is otherwise usually good analysis.

You're literally the dumbest person on this board, so I really care not one bit if you think I'm making something up. Quick! Go warn me again in PMs you absolute dork.

Anyway, Malik "broke down defenses" in the same way every perimeter guard on any offense does. That's different than what was asked of Devonte and what was asked of Remy earlier this season. I'm sorry that you and the other dipshits in this thread don't understand that beating your man off the dribble within the flow of the offense (off multiple passes, after forcing switches) isn't the same as your beating your man off the bounce being the offense, but I suggest you get off KenPom (and those useless crimscores) and grind some more film.

On the other, much better, Board there was constant talk that year about Freshman Marcus getting more of Malik's minutes. You boxscore lovers just remember his great post-season run.

Perfect list, but pdub has to be up there with MICH. Gutter being nowhere near the top 5 is a plot twist I never saw coming.

He's banned. Otherwise he's #1 and it's not even close.

You might be underestimating randy. Beyond his off-topic stuff, his reasoning why the 76ers have no chance in hell of beating another NBA team is completely absurd.

Breaking down defenses. In a small collection of his shots.

Spare me the argument in a few of these that he gets a pass initially before he attacks and scores.
Remy ( and other points ) still receive a pass before breaking down a defense.

i gave Phog a shot

put on probation twice for bs things…the first was for linking to an SBNation site that had alternative court designs, and the second was for posting that espn3 had the KU game in spanish when the earlier game was running long

i submitted a complaint and told i should just move on from the site

fucking joke

I get ( not really ) the first one.
What was the reason for the second?

phog.net has a lot of sports content, which this place can lack at times, but it is one of the biggest collection of "aggrieved" middle age white men I have ever seen. They bitch about absolutely everything and everything sucks. I thought I was on facebook.

they didn’t give a reason for either, and i only posted a link to the first in response to another user posting an actual image from that SBNation site…thought everyone else might want to see all of the alternative court designs that had been mocked up

Kinda sucks how online disagreements always devolve into people calling each other dumb.

Or maybe it satisfies some desire to call people dumb IRL and it's cathartic to do that in an environment without consequences.
