I got GUTTERED by A&M not covering the -5.5 (won by 4) in a 6 team "alternate spread" parlay that I went 5-1 on.
I got GUTTERED by Stale Piss (Ole Miss) on a 10 team money line parlay that I went 9-1 on.
I got GUTTERED by OKState losing by more than 14.5 in a 6 team "alternate spread" parlay that I went 5-1 on.
I got GUTTERED by Miami by not winning by more than 12.5 on a 6 team "alternate spread" that I went 5-1 on.
Today (and tomorrow) I have the following.....

Well, I am getting GUTTERED (BIG TIME) on the ponies this morning.
Perfect example. 8th Race South Africa Greyville. 22-1 horse on top in an Exacta with every other horse in the race to come in 2nd. Got beat by a 26-1 horse. My horse ran 2nd. Had I won, would have paid me $523 on a $13 bet.

GUTTERED!
Was alive in the Pick 5 at Santa Anita. Won the first 4 races. I had the #7 horse and it was 4/5.
I also had the #2 horse but it scratched. #7 wins, I get $2,072.40.
Didn't have time to hedge myself.
#7 went out to the lead. Led 3/4ths of the race. Was looking good because no one was closing.
Of course I lose. The #3 closed really well and beat me. Of course.

#6 goes off at 9-1 and wins. THEY ANNOUNCE one of the horses I had to come in 2nd (#9 at 20-1) comes in second. I have all the other horses to come in 3rd and 4th. I'm thinking I must have won at least a few thousand.
I come to look at the results on my computer. NOPE! #2 beat the #9. I watch the replay of the race. I got beat by a nose. OF COURSE!

You can quote me on this.... After what just happened, I not betting another horse race (other than the bets I already have in for today) in 2024.
6th race at Curragh. Decided I was only going to bet $20 (went up to $22.40) on the race. Liked a long shot #5 (7-1 in the program). Bet a superfecta #5 to win, #4 and #6 to come in 2nd, every horse to come in 3rd and 4th.
Then to hedge myself, I put #4 and #6 to win, with #5 to come in 2nd, and every horse to come in 3rd and 4th.
YEP. #5 won. NOPE #4 or #6 didn't come in 2nd.

Guys weekend in Minnesota.
Axis and Allies. Dungeons and Dragons. And watching sports with pre-bet parlays ( can't gamble in Minny ).
Our +1100 TNF 6 leg parlay was 3 Mike Evans receiving yards and 8 Tyler Alghier rushing yards away from hitting.
