Chiefs defense played pretty perfectly sans our safety getting torched once.

Kelce looked pretty rough going to the locker room. Hope he’s just tired.
What's crazy is this still wasn't an 'A' game. Missed a FG, INT on a dropped TD, failed to convert well in the red zone. But they're figuring some things out. Mahomes is still a little off. Missed a few opportunities to get deep hits to an open Worthy.

Defense is looking elite if they can get some more sacks. But o really, to ight was the first night we saw a glimpse of how good this team can be. And think about how well Hunt is going to be rolling by the time that Pacheco returns.

A little rough at times but 5-0 looks damn good.

Opposing Lead RBs vs. Chiefs defense:

Derrick Henry, BAL: 13 rushes, 46 yards
Zach Moss, CIN: 12 rushes, 34 yards
Bijan Robinson, ATL: 16 rushes, 31 yards
JK Dobbins, LAC: 14 rushes, 32 yards
Alvin Kamara, NO: 11 rushes, 26 yards

Not too shabby.

Chiefs winning to go 5-0 and Royals beating the Yankees tonight. What an awesome day of sports for KC!

Need to get better in the Red Zone.

The interception bothered me because it was a risky place to throw and a good way to get clobbered after the catch. Kareem there or better motion.

I think it was a good call.
Mahomes had him but missed the throw.
JuJu had to reach behind him.

ESPN mentioned that the Chiefs-Saints game was the most-viewed matchup in over 50 games on "Monday Night Football," and the fourth most-viewed "Monday Night Football" matchup in over 130 games, dating back to 2015.

It is not legit.
And I'm not sure why anyone would think it was.

That would be exploding on every sports network and twitter page if it was real.

No Chiefs, no Jayhawks and no Huskers football this week. A non-competitive high school football game in a matchup of #2 vs. #3 in the state last night was the extent of my football fandom this weekend. Who schedules this shit?

If the Jets aren't delusional enough to think they are SB contenders ( and thus don't want to trade with someone in their way ) they could be trade partners for Mike Williams whom, now with Davante, they apparently want to move.

I can't imagine he would take more than a 6th to get.

The key would be to only play him when Juju is hurt, and then vice versa.

Heh.
Yes, both oft injured...but Mike Williams is better than MVS and he'd only cost the Chiefs under 2 million for the rest of the season.

Christian Kirk has also been a name brought up but I think his contract is a bit less affordable.

Bring back MVS.

Having him catch the Super Bowl winning TD this year would be as delicious as watching Hardman catch one last year.

Rub a little salt in the Jets saddle sore.

Well a salt saddle sore would be if we traded for Mike Williams and he scored the SB winning TD.
A Bills saddle sore would be MVS.

Don't make Williams a fixation. He's not at all the type Andy goes for - Andy doesn't go for contested catch guys who can't get open. If Andy wanted that skillset, then Ross and/or Fortson would have got MUCH more run.
