So, this whole Jesus-cloaked Constitution-trampling at 2pm on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend is a 100% indicator of weird shit about to happen, yes?

I think your side doesn't like the way he counterpunches. He uses Twitter because he understands that the "mainstream" media is not going to report what he says accurately. It bothers the Left because he influences the narrative by going around the traditional means of speaking to the public. I don't always care for his tone and I think he spends too much time tweeting, but I understand why he does what he does. You call it whining; many of us call it pointing out hypocrisy.
The mainstream media almost always includes video of "what he says" so there really isn't any actual problem with them not reporting what he says accurately

He just doesn't like that reporters check what he says, as is typical with any reporter reporting on a statement by any politician, and when their check reveals that what he says is a lie, they question him about those lies.
Meh. It’s often edited or presented in a misleading fashion, and they skew the data to make it look like a big deal. It’s a giant game of gotcha, and I understand why he’s sick of it.
Then that's a problem with how they are presenting what he said, not with reporting what he said.

Does the media overreact to things it thinks are outrageous that really aren't? Yes, of course. We live in a world of overreaction, especially from the media.

Finish watching any good sports event, count to 10 and you'll inevitably be able to find a story how that was "the greatest game EVER". Sometimes the media gets carried away.

It doesn't change the fundamental fact that Trump is a pathogical liar who doesn't like to be called out for it so he has preemptively attacked the media and weaponized them as an enemy of the people so that he can say pretty much whatever the fuck he wants.

Again, this didn't start with him when he took office. This has been one of his calling cards for decades.

And yet it obviously upsets you that others do.
This is the really funny part. You think your promotion of Agenda 69 bothers people on here. It doesn't.

You're like the kid walking around with droopy pants unveiling half his ass.

He does it to get attention. He's willing to look stupid in order to get attention.

But in the end, he just looks stupid.
Very incisive analysis. You hit the nail right on the head. I desperately want to be accepted by the cool kids like you who sit in the back of the class and make clever observations to hide their frustration that they can’t make the basketball team and don’t have a date this weekend after the chess club tournament and the Dungeons and Dragons marathon.

Can I book some individual time so we can go deeper into my psyche?

BTW, the bored comes equipped with a free IGNORE function. You could always make use of it.
I do think you're probably the "cool professor" who the kids feel can relate to them. It's obvious from your posts on this bored.

Gee, thanks, PChikn, I’m touched.

I aged out of eligibility for cool professor status about ten years ago. I’m more interested in being a mentor and guide at this point.

I like my life, even if it doesn’t measure up to your standards.

And the outcome will be that 99% do what my church is doing, which is to continue virtual worship until the majority feel safe to come back with social distancing in place. We’re shooting for June 7th and will adhere to the eight pages of guidelines provided by the CDC, even though it will be extremely difficult.

You seem to have me confused with a Trump apologist. I don’t like the way he handles things, but at the same time, I think the media is being equally ridiculous. It would be great if both sides would play nice, but you have an enormous ego on one side of the equation and a financially and politically-driven agenda on the other. Irresistible force, meet immovable object.

He averages 28 lies a day. Every single day.

Go find me 28 lies told about Trump TODAY in the mainstream media and then we can say that they are "equally ridiculous". And then the same for yesterday. And then again for the day before..... Please.

These are the symptoms of Trump Derangement Syndrome, an affliction some conservatives seem to believe that only liberals have. Obviously that is not the case.

It was a planned set up and that's one of the many reasons why I feel Kayleigh McEnany is a ______________ and a fraud.
After she gave some horse shit response to the question, she proceeded to rip on the other members of the media who were there - and read her SCRIPTED garbage.
She didn't take another question and walked away feeling she "owned/pawned" the audience.
She's as big of a piece of shit human being as the President is.

I read about that. Which is why this amounts to propaganda. Of course, we already knew that, but what are you going to do when the president wants to turn the US into a banana republic and republicans are too spineless to do anything about it?

Time for the Trump campaign to pander for the Evangelical "Christian" vote?

Chris Wallace tore into White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany for questioning the religious beliefs and faith of White House reporters...
