you are talking about a man that has dedicated the last 8+ years of his life to making America great again. no way did/does he have "nefarious motivations." he only wants what's best for us.
American conservatives put themselves in this position in the first place by wrapping their arms around a man who has shown time and again to lack basic ethics and moral character.

And, let's not forget, before "the last 8+ years of his life", nobody pushed and worked the Obama birther lie better than Trump, simply because he loves us and knows that real Americans can be counted on to respond to racial bigotry like almost no other of our nation's values.

Some people say Biggs begged Trump for a pardon. Once Smith gets around to the Jan 6 indictments, it's not unreasonable to think he might need one:

The investigation, the results of which were released on Friday by Republican U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley’s office, centered on whether Clinton, who served as the top U.S. diplomat from 2009 to 2013, jeopardized classified information by using a private email server rather than a government one.

You might have asked yourself: I wonder what the fascists, i.e., republicans, will agree on as the way to spin Trump's indictments? Well, this appears to be an early candidate, 'cause I've already heard it more than once:
"No documents were sold or given to third parties not in his close employ..."

The war plans documents are missing. And they haven't raided Bedminster yet. And Hugh, how do you know?

No one can say that for sure that every document that was found in Trump's possession was all of the documents that he started with.

They are cover sheets designed to protect classified information. The big no-no is showing what something like that looked like for various presidential briefs. I hope they have redesigned them
But we have no idea what was inside at one time. When he sold documents, the cover sheets would not be a good way to travel. Likely scanned them and destroyed the paper contents.
