0/10 on 3rd down is mostly on QB with a hat tip to the play caller.

Secondary playing deep even late in the game

That last defensive stand represents what they’ve been doing much of the day. Great D on 1st and second, even pushing them back. Then an average 3rd down play scores a TD.

To be sure, it's vs. their third-deep roster. But yeah, really good effort.

Pooka still at 100...

Not saying the defense has been great so far this year, but they really miss Prox; dude was always in the right place at the right time and things don't seem the same with him out.

Nothing really. Did you see us run straight at 9 in the box?

I am in shock at how poor the coaching staff is on the offensive side. I have no confidence in their play selection and even more pissed that Stanley played every snap. Lost some valuable reps for someone with a future.

Yes. That was a time to take a knee. Patterson is notorious...

That last sequence could get unpaid kids injured. And means they still lost last week. The Big XII is filled with douchebag coaches.

Seemed like GP wanted to run the clock out but Les kept calling TOs to get the ball back. Nothing you can about that.

That was bad. Today looked like the first time that KU looked overmatched, underprepared and well, like Beaty was coaching instead of Les. This program has a long, long way to go.

1. I would be done with the Stanley experiment. Thanks for everything but here in four months you want be a part of this program moving forward. Might as well start playing the younger guys to get experience.
2. If Older Les is doing the play calling he needs to be fired. If he isn’t he still does. Whoever is also doing the play calling needs to be fired. Zero imagination or understanding of the personnel Ku has or is going against. Awful.

Most shocking - Going to BC and pretty much dominating them, going to TCU and pretty much getting dominated, or losing at home to Coastal Carolina?
So far this season is pretty much what I expected. A little bit of everything.
Losing game/s we should have won, winning game/s we should have had little business winning, getting our ass kicked when we should have been more competitive and being more competitive when we should have gotten our ass kicked.
You take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have - year one of KU Football under Les Miles.

I will accept bad. But incompetent coaching is getting old. Just crazy game planning again. Almost like a thrown game today
