I smile. DG4 and Grandma both promote The Container Store.
I have bought so much stuff recently in regards to shoes, as well as Nike, OVO, and NOCTA apparel.
I'm out of control.

Very true!
Being that I didn't take 2 planned vacations these past 9 months that I had planed to take, I have used about half of that money and pissed it away.
Except...... Some of the shoes you see can be considered an investment.
I have sold about 10 pairs in the past 2 weeks in which I have profited considerably.

If you don't know the story behind them, then I would assume most people would think they are "awful" and a "ruined" classic shoe.
If you do know the story and watched the entire broadcast last night, as I said to some else that called them "ugly ass shit".....

I would happily "donate" $1000 for the shoes.
I assume the person who bid over 2 million last night for their own personal pair will use their donation as a "write off" but I feel their gesture of giving the 2 million should be praised.
