Can't find the info, do we know if David and Tristan had positive tests, or just exposure? Also, do we know when the first negative test was (if just exposure)? Also, why pDub sucks so much?

In all seriousness, correct, HIPAA does not apply.
KU/Self doesn't have to disclose, and out of respect for its people, they don't without their consent. Good policy.
