This is why I know I'm not a huge fan of sweets. I never save any room for desert. Other than the random cookie and the occasional cheesecake, almost all of my sweet consumption is in the morning.shindig wrote: ↑Thu Jun 03, 2021 8:27 am And what's with the dessert thing? I never eat sweets after dinner. But my Dad always does. Anytime I am over at my parents house for dinner, my Dad is like "what's for dessert"?...lol. Then he complains about not being able to lose weight. And restaurants always push desserts on you.

Good margins on desserts. Drinks too, of course.
I am personally a "saving room for another entree" kind of guy. That also does not help the waistline.

I could always tell 85's socks. He got Then and Than wrong Every. Single. Time. Like he knew the rules but backwards.

bison tenderloin with “wojapi” sauce drizzled over the top
i had no idea what the sauce was when i ordered, but was very much pleasantly surprised. not sure which specific berries were used in the sauce.

Surely 99's notable exception are these candy bars:

Wild game and berries are a thing, I would break the rulez for that.

I knew someone would bring that up. My go to sauces are Bryant's and Gates. Both have a little sweetness but not over the top.

Ha. Gates is mine, and I know what you mean although it certainly has sugar.
Have you had SLAP yet? My go-to for competition-style.

Beav got all excited about bringing home some “Kansas City style” bbq sauce he found.
