Dr. Ruchim is a superstar.
I drank ALL the cleanser and it didn't work - at all.
I had his cell phone number and at around10:00pm I called him. He actually answered his phone. Told me to go get Magnesium Citrate and drink it. I did.
Less than 30 minutes later - explosion city in my toilet.
If I had drank all that nasty cleanser stuff and then couldn't get the colonoscopy because I didn't get everything out of me - I would have been PISSED OFF.

I haven't had "Chinese" food since the fungus began. Craving cheap "Chinese" buffet, I went to Supreme Buffet here last weekend. It used to have some interesting stuff in addition to general Tso's, sweet n sour McNuggets and unnaturally neon yellow rice.

They had a nice spicy, cold squid salad that I liked. Steamed clams with fermented black bean sauce, a nice spicy hot and sour soup and some other stuff.

Anywhoo, I hit it up last weekend. Most of the stuff I went there for was absent. What was there was iffy, even though they were mostly full. I almost didn't make it home. Luckily for me, I hit some green lights.

It was ugly. Probably have to write this one off for good. I coulda done a colonoscopy though.

I felt the same way. It wasn't even close to being as big of a deal as I'd conjured in my mind.

Once it's no longer the "scary unknown", you'll agree. You'll see.

You can do this, and you'll be fine.

Today is prep day....just warmed up some broth and drank it along with some jello and apple juice. Now I'm drinking water and Mango Tropical flavored water, and I'm tired. Not sure how I am going to stay up till 1-2 am. Can one of you guys call me every hour to make sure I'm awake? :)

yeah, especially when I get to 10-11 tonight, I need to do the last prep at 1 am. I'll be setting my iPhone and iPad and maybe even tell Alexa to wake me up in 1 hour. If I sleep through all that, well, fvck it :)

Oh geesh guys, my ass is so sore from pissing out my ass and I still have 3+ more hours to go and another Suprep drink. This is BS. I'm glad I bought flushable wipes and baby powder. Just watched Sling Blade, 2.5 hour movie took 4 hours.

My stomach just feels in knots. I don't know how I'm going to get that last drink down w/o throwing up, it is nasty shit. Then I have to drink 32 more ozs of water before 2 am. I'm never getting any sleep.

I better be pretty cleaned out, I mean the piss from my ass is clear, but I still have another fvcking Suprep.

When I have mine in a month or so, I’m tempted to weight myself before and after prep to see how much shit is inside of me.

Man I am not looking forward to prep night though.

Like I said, have fun pissing the steak and potato out of your ass.
Well, the good thing is it seems everything has gone as it's supposed to. Hopefully the procedure will too.
Imagine if you only had/have one toilet and it broke (either wouldn't flush or overflowed) in the middle of your "prep".
