Too much Brady time though
Look at it this way: you could have guessed wrong on Mahomes/Watson instead.twocoach wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:41 pmYeah, it feels greedy to say but that Metcalf/Hardman situation just eats at me. That dude in this offense on a rookie contract?!? Yeesh.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:04 pm The WR talent in this game is just unreal. And that feels league-wide, too.
I agree with the Chiefs not spending a ton on WR's given who their QB is and their line getting eviscerated in the Super Bowl, but I am interested to see how much having an overall weak set of WR's matters for them in today's NFL.
31 teams wished they drafted TB13 in the 6th round too. No guarantee that DK would be good on the Chiefs either. Having maybe the most talented QB ever is a great consolation prize.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:46 pmLook at it this way: you could have guessed wrong on Mahomes/Watson instead.twocoach wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:41 pmYeah, it feels greedy to say but that Metcalf/Hardman situation just eats at me. 100% OPI, but TB was getting screwed all night. I'm okay with the no call.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:50 pm WR and CB are both going at it, but I can understand an OPI call there.
Yep. I remember being bummed they didn't take Watson because I didn't know anything about Mahomes at all. It all balances out over some length of time I suppose.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:46 pmLook at it this way: you could have guessed wrong on Mahomes/Watson instead.twocoach wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:41 pmYeah, it feels greedy to say but that Metcalf/Hardman situation just eats at me. In fairness, the only knock on Watson on-field is how good Mahomes has bee, otherwise he's been a world beater there. Off the field, he's been a different kind of beater.twocoach wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:55 pmYep. I remember being bummed they didn't take Watson because I didn't know anything about Mahomes at all. Stupid thing is, he's a self-beater, but was too cheap or dumb to hire pros.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:57 pmIn fairness, the only knock on Watson on-field is how good Mahomes has bee, otherwise he's been a world beater there. Some do. Others don't. Usually depends on the site and the promo.dub needs a codpiece wrote: ↑Fri Sep 10, 2021 8:07 am Wow, so maybe legal sports books don’t have the rollover provisions. Just withdrew about $300 from last nights winnings. Still possible to win another $4kish. Hell of a $35.
