Have been doing YouTube yoga for men beginner sessions for a few days. Whew. The 10 minutes fly by but I am feeling the burn already. But back and hips feel a bit better.

I've done a few, yeah, not as limber as I used to be and seems all my joints creak/pop, especially knees, but I'll keep at it.
