How many lawyers (and prosecutors) wanna take on coughing, spitting etc. as assault?

My sister-in-law was charged with 3rd degree (misdemeanor) assault for spitting (in the face of my other sister-in-law).

Because that post had been sitting there like a hanging curve ball just begging to be hit, but every time I started to swing I remembered the various ways I could relate to it in my own extended family's history.

I’ll be curious to see how many (if any) lawyers would take on suing a store for enforcing mask rules. “Not wearing a mask” is not a protected category.

I'm not sure how much of a path there is right now, but I know some employers are curious about their liability if they don't do enough.

I've seen several of those. The woman (her name is Shelley Lewis) who says. "I have private things/stuff that I don't want you to see"... How is it possible for her to hide the private things she doesn't want him to see? Even if she went to a self-checkout people would still be able to see what she had in her cart/basket and she would also be on camera in the store.

She asks' "Where are the regulations that state that" - (ON THE SIGN THAT YOU SHOW AT THE END OF THE VIDEO YOU TOOK).

"I'm going to give you my bank information? I'm going to give you my credit card, my private credit card"?
Hmmm. Has she never given someone her credit card? Perhaps in a restaurant.
