Do you guys just expect no sweat cake walks each year? LOL

Enjoy the stress. It makes it worth it when KU wins it all.

UCLA just lost to Zona a week ago. Gonzaga hasn't played anyone worth a damn in months.

Upsets are happening and KU isn't involved. That's always a nice feeling of relief.

I'm beginning to wonder if Drake or Miami really wants to win?

Yeah, for the last minute or so, Miami definitely looks more sheveled.

Years ago when I worked at Sprint, there was a girl on my team who knew absolutely NOTHING about college basketball.

She entered the office pool and based her picks on who had the "cutest" uniforms.
She won the whole damn thing.

Moving forward I will be letting my wife choose teams in my NCAA Tournament brackets, as its become inherently obvious, that even after following the game for 35+ years, I know zilch about bracket-ol-o-gy

West region is tough. I think a lot of people were complaining last year how tough our region was. You want to be national champs you have to take on all comers. If you have an easy road it won't mean as much.

We beat a 10 seed in the E8, and an 8 seed in the title game last year.

It didn't diminish anything.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Doesn't mean it was an easy road. I mean to say in this tournament there are no easy roads. You get to the final 4 they are all good teams. Sometimes teams are better or worse than their seed. You win a natty you absolutely earn it.

I guess what I want to say is I don't like it when people complain about who or where you play. Just go out and win!
