Sorry TDub. I was pulling for the huskies. Pretty good game.
Future looks good for your team and coach.
I love you 99 and that was a very nice post that you made but....
A. That was not a good game. At all. If you are a Huskie fan.
B. "Future looks good"?
They lose their Heisman candidate QB.
They lose their 2nd team all Pac 12 RB that had 1100 yards and 16 TD. Next closest guy had 194 yards and 1 TD.
They lose their 1st team all Pac 12 WR that had 1500 yards receiving and 13 TD and their next best WR who had 1100 yards and 9 TD.
They lose key Defensive players (not that their defense was so good).
They go from the no defense Pac 12 to an improved Big 10.

“The off-the-field issues, we're innocent and we stood strong and tall because we knew we were innocent. And I'd like to point that out.”
There’s a LOT of evidence saying otherwise…care to address all of it?

It actually was a much much closer game than the score indicates. Thay holding call, while technically probably the right call (although both teams had been doing way worse on nearly every play all night - huskies receievers were getting jerseys held every dang play), changed the entire complexion of that game.
score there and it's a whole new ballgame.
2. I agree that the future looks bright. Deboer is a good coach, the talent will backfill, they'll be fine. Championship opportunities are rare though, for anyone.

Yes, was a closer game. I don't know if it was a "good" game if you are a UW fan but I assume it was definitely a frustrating game.
I felt bad for Penix and Johnson. Clearly they were injured.
Ok, the future might look bright but as you said, championship opportunities are rare - and I feel the Huskies are in a bitch of a conference and lost possibly/probably the best trio of offensive players they have had in a very long time. Not a good combo for the near future.

Yea that game was kinda lame.
Michigan coulda not scored again after their first two possessions in the first quarter, and still won.

I stopped watching after the long Corum run in the first half.
Just didn't look like Washington was going to be able to stop Michigan's run game.
The exciting games were in the semis.

I checked the halftime score and saw they got it to 7.
Then I guess promptly threw an INT.

yea, but it was later on that it got interesting. down 7, finally hit a 40 yd connection to Odunze.
holding call, not even a "got your moneys worth holding call". ugh

Why not? Right? What do I have to lose other than a few dollars?
Maybe I should/will take the $2.07 I got back from winning the 2024 National Championship game and let it ride.

How about just 1.07 and treat yourself the extra dollar to some cheese on your next burger?

Be curious to see the ripple effect it has on the coaching carousel as well as how many recruits/players stay or leave.
