It’s especially funny to consider just how the White House plans to assert executive privilege over a report that has already been (mostly) made public, and is also already a best-selling book.

Oh! And the house committee votes to hold AG Barr in contempt!

So somebody correct me if I’m inaccurate, but now the process is the House will vote whether to hold Barr in contempt, and if they do, it’ll send a criminal referral to the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, whose boss is...Barr?

Yeah, the most alarming thing throughout all this is how many Trump supporters and/or conservatives have been so quick to drink the witch hunt koolaid.

It’s a fool’s errand to try and draw an actual parallel, but I get the feeling liberals would be more objectively open to at least letting the witch hunt run its course.

The subpoena is messed up on multiple levels.
1. The obsession with trying to nail Trump with something is obnoxious and is a losing cause both politically and ethically as a representative of the people.
2. People voted for someone for POTUS that was unwilling to release his tax returns.
