Yes. A big reason why we have a mortality rate of 5% and South Korea has a mortality rate of 1%.
Oh, just you wait - we're not more than two weeks out from the Fox News narrative being the emergence of a COVID-19 strain in the US that is
FAR MORE DEADLY than what anyone else has had to deal with. Most likely because Obama, or perhaps the orientals.

So much worse than even Dear Leader predicted. Because he was given faulty data....and off to the work camps with those responsible.

And then, naturally, when testing rates (very belatedly) approach responsible levels, and the mortality rate evens out since we're not testing only those with live, severe symptoms, this will be retconned as a
DRAMATIC VICTORY FOR TRUMP.
You could set a watch by the bad faith.

It was part of his master plan. Securing only our southern border kept the virus to manageable levels.

I was supposed to attend a Rah-Rah conference for all outside counsel for a Fortune 500 company at their headquarters next month. They cancelled it today.
At least some good comes out of COVID-19.

$500 million loss to the city of Austin. In taxes alone.
Many hundreds of businesses rely on SXSW AND ACL. Without one, they are fucked.

Are those responsible for the decision in witness protection yet?
Example number 1,783,917 of why I say we live in a highly overrated country - No one really knows what the fuck they should or shouldn't do in terms of the virus - including our "leaders" and the "experts".
Might as well shut down the entire country just to be safe.

Yep. Serious issue.
I shouldn't have made light of it.
A huge blow to the country's second-largest state economy.
Not good.

It will undoubtedly have a serious ripple affect...starting in Texas. For now

Yup, the news just confirmed it. She's on her way in for the night shift.
I'm getting a hotel room.

Older people are now being told to basically confine themselves to their homes unless it's necessary to go out.

If there is a God, he/she/it is either laughing at the world or crying right now. Can't figure out which one. I'm doing neither - I'm just angry. Very angry. Blows my mind that we don't have the ability to prevent this shit from happening.
