I'm trying to decide whether there's an interesting 1st amendment issue at play here.

it sounds like Fox News just threw fact checking to the wind though. and go figure Tucker Carlson is the top rated program in the history of cable news.

and since that joke is sitting right there, I think it's funny that the Fox News lawyers and judge's arguments all hinge on the theory that Fox News has any reasonable viewers.

I just call it like I see it. Both sides aren't the same, but they use the same tactics whether you will admit it or not.

Many probably don't.

CNN isn't much better...and I watch a lot of CNN.
I missed the part where CNN lawyers stated in court filings not to believe their on-air personnel.

Yeah, they’re both the same.

Well I was going to spend an hour dumping a bunch of bothsiderism all over the place until everyone screams at me but you seem to have already filled that role.

You would think a woman who's dedicated her life to speaking "lines" wouldn't have made such a blatant mistake.
The problem with her "line" is that plenty of Trump supporters "rule" by "mob". Do they not?

Trump's interview on Fox this morning was revealing.

He's clearly feeling weak in Texas, Florida, Georgia and Arizona (which weakness is a five-alarm fire for his chances).

He sounded wistful, almost nostalgic.

I think he's cooked.
