For the last three years seemingly every break and bounce has went the Chiefs way. Now they aren’t. Some of that is just the ‘breaks’ but the Chiefs are also finding out just how hard it is to keep up the almost unreal consistency they have had since 15 became the starter.

Mahomes unlucky tonight for sure. But Reid wanted to run tonight like he did last year. The Chiefs have been throwing beneath the coverage because of a LOT of holding. Kind of precious that Buffalo whines about the few calls.

Maybe they are getting a season's worth of bad breaks all clumped together early or maybe they are just not as good this year, I don't know.

And Buffalo has a really good defensive line that is getting pressure which limits how much time they have.

another AWFUL game changing call against the Chiefs.
Chargers - no hold on 4th and 9 - called PI - Chiefs woulda had the ball with time left to win.
Bills - phantom roughing passer - cancels INT.

That definitely wasn’t a hold on Reed but that call against Clark was awful. Just awful.
