cuz if I was the mod around here I think I'd do something to address the minority of posters who refuse to ignore other posters or just leave them alone when requested, so they can instead chase them around calling them names and cursing them out.

but, obviously, you're allowed to administer the boards as you see fit.

And, FWIW, tho I've otherwise tried to avoid such behavior myself, if the name calling and swearing IS acceptable behavior that doesn't count as trolling here, I just might be tempted to give it a go myself, just for the lulz

In other words, I really do think my posts are innocent enough, just good-natured banter, especially compared to other behavior that really does fall more into toxic bad-faith antagonism.

And ESPECIALLY especially when they repeatedly refuse to ignore me or otherwise just leave me alone, precisely so they can persist in the bad-faith antagonism, across every bored. It’d be one thing if it even just remained on the pols bored (and this thread), but it definitely does not.

Considering that, and even you pdub can even admit it’s overboard, and you too wish they’d just ignore me, I think that’s when it falls into trolling.

And also hear in mind, if another poster asks me to simply ignore them, I oblige.

And it’s just a minority of posters too. With most others, we get along well, or at least remain civil.

But if this really is gonna be the policy, I really am tempted to just run with it, and see who can roast each other the hottest, in a New York City friar’s club kinda way.
