Line water bottles up along sidelines would be a potential solution too. Or allow players to step off pitch to get water and re-enter without permission.

There are rules modifications that could address potential safety concerns and not disrupt flow of game.

Oohh, that kinda looks like a penalty to me.

Lol. Reached leg across body, contact with knee, no foul in box.

Woulda been a weak penalty, but it was close.

Oh, for sure, you go and grab some water when there's stoppage in play when you have the chance.
That's how it always has been.

RSL didn't have the ball and fell over the defender. He was trying to draw the PK instead of going towards the goal.

Wizards haven't looked good for the last 30 minutes of this half.
Just need to get outta it on top and regroup.

Errr...he didn't 'have' the ball but was going for it/likely was going to get it - and our player tackled him without getting the ball. If they had called it, I wouldn't have had much of a complaint.

Ball was going away from goal towards the corner, and RSL literally dove over the defender going toward the goal. A reason there was no argument from RSL.

They’ve really only looked good for first 35 or so of their first game. (Not hating on your team, relax).

It’s funny....they may end up winning ‘group of death’ while playing the worst soccer of the group.

Defender came across his body and made contact with knee, which led to attacker going down. Was mistimed challenge and could have easily been called.

They looked good for the first 10 minutes of this game.
Decent possession, a few good crosses/plays around the box.
And i'd say for the first 60-70 minutes of the Minny game ( KC was the better team in that game, Meila red card changed things ).

I thought SKC looked like world beaters up till about halftime of first game.

Today I’m putting it more on RSL looking like shit. But tomato-tomato there.

Yeah, he’s tough to watch right now. Especially when viewed in historical context.

Watching Howard’s level decrease was painful in the same way.

Just giving it up too easily in the midfield.
Almost every time.

Also just not seeing it from Busio.
Bad first touches.

You could see a mile away that Zusi wasn't going to be able to cover that 1-2.

Wow.
That was so very close to KC 2-0.

Also Melia in goal is so much more comforting.

SKC would be down 2-1 if Sanchez was back there.
