Thanks for that. It appears that all I have to do is drag and drop the files from the iPod onto the hard drive of my desktop computer. I'm still curious if my old library is still salvageable from the dos netherlands of my hard drive.
Yeah it looks a lot easier now with the newer versions (after Bluetooth). I didn't realize Apple still made iPods.
My biggest gripe with Apple is why can't they put a USB port on their products besides their MacBook? I should be able to take my iPod (even though it's not Bluetooth) and sync it with my iPhone and IPad (which are Bluetooth). But all my itune songs are on my old IPod. I'm sure there are ways around it, I just don't want to spend my evening getting frustrated over stuff that ends up not working.
So now I find that Apple won't allow my desktop to view the files on my iPod so I can't drag and drop. I can't download iTunes, either.

What version of Windows do you have? I'm having the same issue. My newer personal laptop has Windows 7 and I don't think I can upload iTunes since Windows 7 isn't supported, need Windows 10. I have Windows 10 on my work laptop, but I can't download iTunes on it because it requires an IT admin...lol. My old old laptop has iTunes and all my songs, but it has Windows XP. Nothing is fvcking easy!

I have Windows 10 on both my desktop and my laptop. From what I've read it may be that my security software is blocking the download so I'll have to adjust that.
I still can't find a way to access the files on my iPod though.

So apparently there’s an album coming out that features a bunch of random artists covering tunes from Metallica’s black album.
I wouldn’t be particularly interested, except that St. Vincent did one, and she can have her way with me.
I’ve thought of her more as some modern David Bowie, but getting more NIN vibes from this one

This dude is currently banging Olivia Wilde. Past conquests include but are not limited to Cara Delevingne, Taylor Swift, and Kendall Jenner.
Meanwhile, at times he dresses and looks like this.
So......
In this video it seems to me that he is trying to exude sexual energy - but to who/what? Males? Females? Both?
When it looks like Billie Eilish has to change her panties because of this performance I get sort of confused. I would think more gay men would be enamored with him than straight females. What the fuck do I know.
P.S. Obviously I could look it up but I don't even want to guess what Watermelon Sugar is supposed to mean/insinuate.

is it bad that i can’t listen to In The Air Tonight and not have this pop into my head?
I’ve always written them off as one of those generic jam bands, but just got invite and I mean who turns down a free show…
My semi "quick rundown" is I feel you are pretty much right for labeling them as a "generic jam band" but they are what I feel is an extremely talented one.
If you are in the mood for a "generic jam band", they will probably satisfy you.
If you are not in the mood, then you might as well put on headphones, play Lawrence Welk, and have someone hammer a rusty nail through your big toe.
Enjoy!

Ha.
Yeah, beav scored some tickets, and so I don’t wanna say no to a free show at red rocks.
But at the same time, the only “jam” band I’m particularly fond of is Phish, and string cheese always struck me as a generic knockoff of Phish.
And considering how much Beav hates Phish, I kinda get the feeling he won’t wanna stay til the encore.
But free show woo! If nothing else, the wook watching will be worth it.
And go figure, as soon as beav invited me, this chick is like hey will you take me camping Saturday night? So I kinda hope we don’t get back at like 2am and I have time to get camp shit ready.

A. You'll be at Red Rocks. What can possibly be bad about that - even if the music isn't to your liking you can still enjoy yourself. Go wander if you're not enjoying the music - but my guess is you will enjoy it. Especially if you are high - but even if you're not.
B. Trey is a big String Cheese fan and has performed with them. Yes, they can be considered a Phish knock off but people were at first very reserved about Phish and considered them not much more than a Dead wannabe/knock off. They quickly warmed up to Phish.
C. If Beav hates Phish, how/why did he get SCI tickets and/or why does he want to go?
D. Hopefully you enjoy camping more than you do the "show".

Can alway just say no. I know you uave a hard time with turning away free things but sometimes a night spent at crooked creek is better alone anyway.

A. HOWD YOU KNOW IM HIGH. I mean, uh, yeah, I’m sure I’ll enjoy it. Maybe the only thing I don’t like about Red Rocks is being so high I have cotton mouth and there’s no drinking fountains and they don’t let you bring your own drinks in so I gotta spend $9 bucks on a bottle of water and they don’t even let me keep the lid. And also that it’s 1.5 hours away on a school night and I would be much more motivated if it was a band I was already familiar with and affirmatively wanted to see, rather than hustle down and back up just cuz we scored tickets. But I think it’ll be fun though!
B. That’s cool. String cheese never piqued my musical interest like Phish did, but Imma keep an open mind and expect it to be fun. (What’s string cheese’s biggest/most recognizable songs?)
C. I dunno. He got offered tickets by someone who couldn’t make it, and who says no to free tickets at red rocks
D. Yeah camping will be interesting too. Been a while since I tried to find a campsite no earlier than 6pm on a Saturday, which is to say, we prob won’t find a campsite, except I know a few secret-ish spots. The fire ban has really lowered camp demand too. Worst case, we’ll just go get drinks in town, she’s laid back as eff and not the type to whine about a change of plans
