So let's go ahead and make the ignorant assumption that anyone ever has access to every ballot printed in the US for the 2020 general election.

A group of people large enough to put a watermark on the billion+ pages of ballots that have been printed would be massive. Then I'd have to smoke some crack to slide right over the fact that the amount of technology, resources and materials necessary to watermark every page of every valid ballot printed in America with some mysterious "QFS Block chain encryption watermark" would cost easily in the tens of billions of dollars.
