Doctors and nurses in the ICUs want to treat people with covid regardless of vaccination status. They are special people. They don't see this only through the political lense like many of the rest of us. Their life's work is saving sick people. They treat people of all races and ideologies. They treat good people and bad people. They save lives of good people and bad people. Special people.

(Edit: sorry, i now see you're referring to private clinicians/primary care physicians....i think they have a little more say in who is on their client list)
What baffles me are the doctors and nurses who aren’t vaccinated.
It scares me more than it baffles me.
How many of these doctors and nurses are making medical decisions for others based on the doctor's and nurse's political, religious, and other non-medical related beliefs?

I'm not defending Abbot but there is plenty of "Oops" to go around.
Supposedly the man is/was fully vaccinated and is/was tested multiple times a week.
If so, I can't fault him for being there unmasked.

Nah, this is just the case of some rich fuck politician sitting atop his high castle, thinking he’s invincible and above everyone else. All the while abusing his power to push an agenda while local communities suffer for his actions (over and over again)… Karma is a big bitch.

Yeah, ask his fellow Texas citizens how many of them get Regeneron without even being symptomatic.

Of course many of them are in overflowing ICUs, so I’ll wait.

I believe that the issue is that he was already aware that he had tested positive for covid when he chose to attend that meeting.

Smart man. But definitely a conflict of interest.

My best friends dad is in ICU fighting for his life with covid. Let the media warp him so badly over the last decade + (began with Obama i would imagine). Refused the vaccine. Still traveled and lived like everything was normal. Took regeneron, but still skeptical of the vaccine. If he survives he still won't get the vaccine.

There is nothing we can do to change some of these people's minds. It is truly sad.

I have no issue with treatments that work being pushed, which regeneron does appear to work and work fairly well...but the optics of this are problematic (as always).

1/3 of the country would drink goat piss over taking the shot, if Trump told them to.
