Anyone watching NIT? Texas has about 50 fans at their games. TCU is a one seed, Texas a 2. I thought the talking heads said UT was one of the first four out.

Well, go Texas Tech. They did a fabulous job against a very good Buffalo team.

No no. Duke does no wrong. Impossible.

Plus. If Duke lost what would the CBS Zion cam crew do? Follow him to the sorority?

The Zion drive was close.
He extended his arm some but the defender clearly oversold it.

Duke got lucky. But that’s what happens in this tournament. We just hate Duke. Fuckers.

Most sad panda face causing thought for me is that KU and KSU are only two ‘non-chalk’ teams out right now.

Personally, if these were make up no-calls (for our Elite Eight game last year)...I'm good with it!

Make up for last year? That’s ludicrous.

The Zion and Duke hype wagon is full this season, but I really didn’t see anything egregiously incorrect yesterday afternoon.

Zion charge/block of course I wanted to be a charge, but could go either way.

Not blocking it on FT....even without heir big guy, awful.

And mostly, poor Dawkins, who everyone should salute today, couldn’t catch the pass on the lob.

Would be like Chiefs fans forgetting about offsides penalty and focusing on everything else.

Sweet 16 shaping up to have some absolutely fantastic games.

The best part about having "boring" games this past weekend are the absolute stellar matchups coming this weekend. Oregon is the worst seed in the bunch, but they are hot and from a P5 conference with players who have played in Final 4.

Excited for this weekend as it could be the best second weekend in many years.

Agree. While (generally) the 1st weekend Saturday/Sunday is the best part of the tournament, having such a great slate this coming Thursday/Friday is a fine alternative.

The fact that I’m interested in this weekend’s games is testament to how little I was invested in this year’s KU team. Usually I need a period of mourning.

Not a specific response to you, but: I can't not be bitter about Silvio being in street clothes (and our recruiting being a shambles), while everyone loses their shit over Zion, without so much a mention of his connection to things.

Same thing (just less obscene) with Nassir Little.

Oh no doubt, Fish.

It’s head scratching that there has been little to no discussion about higher profile players when he likes of De Sousa were targets of this investigation.

At the end of the day, it’s still all about protecting interests and $$$

I don't think the charge/block was egregious. No issues there.
The arm/hook on the put back - especially after the officials were told to focus on that?
Awful.

It's news but coming from that guy who is very 'look at me' - who knows if it will be substantial.

Should be interesting. See if he forces the NCAA and Feds to dig even deeper.
