Then kicks a field goal, leaving time on the clock, instead of letting the hottest qb around take a shot, sweet

We can win multiple SBs without Ramsey. It is looking like it is down to us and the Patriots this year. This Baltimore team is good and we are much better than them.

The only things that will keep the Chiefs from winning 2+ SB's over the next decade are a sub-par defense or the Chiefs money being tied up on players either suspended or in jail. That trade addresses both of those scenarios.

Coaches learning how to beat chiefs.

Keep your punter off the field.
Throw deep always on first down (you can get a first down by running the ball on second and third down, so go deep every first down).
Don't kick fgs.

The Chiefs hold on. But that OPI on the stupidly thrown pass not being called changed the game. Mahomes takes some chances but throws ropes. Jackson just throws it as high as he can and prays.

The Chiefs beat Baltimore pretty soundly today. The running game wasted time and Jackson was ineffective throwing. This should have been 40-19 or something like that. A W is a W.

Injuries are a part of the game but you have to consider the Chiefs, for the most part had their way without Fish and Hill.

Scary that we have no injuries on the d side and still giving up many points. But it could mean that our starters aren't much better then their subs.

Defense to me has been great. Today there were two literal jump balls on horrible decisions by Jackson that netted two TDs eventually. One was OPI. The other just dumb luck. KC won the game by halftime. Basically allowed Baltimore to run time.

I wouldn't hit the panic button just yet. It takes a while to assimilate Spagnuolo's complicated scheme. If we're still struggling in November, however.....

Again. Struggling? Jeebus. They pitched a shutout in the Second Half last week on the road. The Jags threw underneath from way behind. Today, the Chiefs contained supposedly the hottest QB in the league. They were up 18 to begin the fourth quarter and played simply to extend drives. Sacked the most elusive QB in the game several times. They gave some runs and jump balls. And ran through the Ravens defense for more than 500-yards. Hollywood was neutralized. Have to be ecstatic as a Chiefs fan. It isn’t like they play the Patriot’s schedule.

I heard that the problem last year was the schemes were too complicated for the players. Was that a wrong analysis?

Remember when getting Earl Thomas was the key to the Chiefs winning multiple SBs? And then Patrick Peterson?

Did having Earl Thomas on the field for Baltimore keep the Chiefs from having any big plays today? Nope.

Will having Jalen Ramsey on the Chiefs prevent Tom Brady from having big plays vs us? Nope.

Yup. You waste time and have no margin for error against an otherworldly talent like Mahomes. You could argue it didn’t work for NE either. A couple of lucky calls were the difference.

Tyreek isn't suspended. You might not like him, but he deserves a 3rd or 4th chance :).

Clearly, Bob Sutton was the problem.
