Just an absurd example for an absurd situation. The notion that the US Constitution covers "I can wear what I want to wear" is absurd. Some on the right have weaponized the Constitution, patriotism and religion as if they magically create some sort of agic shield to allow them to do whatever childish behavior they want.

If a black man purposefully drove into a BLM protest to injure two white women then odds are that he had far-right political extremist motivations, which doesn't really hold up to your theory of the far left news media trying to hide it.
