I don't think it starts until Thursday the 6th regardless of when these series finish. Maybe I am wrong on that and it can move up? I thought the finals had a set start date.

Maybe. I am not agreeing or disagreeing with him. But that's why Draymond Green and Shaq have laughed at Rudy being DPOY and sort of mock it whenever they get the chance. A lot of players seem to feel he is overrated as a defender. Maybe he's just an asshole and people don't like him so they hate on him. I don't know.

Draymond hates Gobert bc he ( Dray ) probably thinks he deserves the awards...also didn't Draymond get suspended for attacking Gobert this season?*

Gobert is French as well and it probably doesn't sit well with US players that he keeps winning awards.

( also to keeping pointing out that play, with Gobert out there isolated with the best offensive player in the NBA, is dumb -- that's not Gobert's strength - and any other center in the NBA wouldn't even have a chance in hell v Luka on the perimeter. This would be like blaming Marcus Smart, who won it a bit ago, for having to defend Jokic on the block and getting scored on )
