It just so happens that MICH lives in a state where there is a large proportion of white supremacist "groups". He may be the least racist person on the planet but I have a strong feeling he knows, is friends with, or even has family members who I define as pieces of shit due to their asinine beliefs.

I’m someone who lost relatives in the Holocaust. I’ll choose to believe white supremacists are dangerous fucking assholes - perhaps more for their ideology than their actions RIGHT NOW but if/when their actions become reality, then am I supposed to pretend I didn’t see it coming and was supposed to just accept them? I sincerely appreciate your expressing your feelings.
I used the word to express that to me, it is NOT acceptable.
Just because something is wrong and unacceptable doesn’t mean ANYONE should pretend it doesn’t exist. I feel quite the opposite. It needs to be discussed and it’s existence should never be ignored.
I don’t mean to be on a high horse but I’m sitting in my building’s “sky club” right now. There is a gay black man who is on a “zoom” conference discussing a health care presentation he needs to give to a class tomorrow at noon time.
I said hello to him, he was kind and friendly, and here we are. The two of us peacefully co-existing.
Some people would be hating on the guy simply because of the color of his skin and/or his sexual orientation. That’s shameful and pitiful to me.

Oh and white supremacists are causing almost all of the violence. Their presence in goodly numbers of police forces is a national disgrace.

British researchers released data that suggests that COVID-19 antibodies diminish pretty significantly over weeks (unless you happen to work in medical care and are continuously re-exposed). THis means herd immunity will not work anyway and that immunizations will have to be redone with some frequency until this thing is eradicated.

We can't eradicate the flu. Seems like there is no chance we "eradicate" something significantly more contagious.

Sure it makes it worse.
Lots of things make it worse to varying degrees (things like indoor dance classes)....but you continually come off like you believe it is mostly people you view as Republicans that are causing all the spreading of the virus... trump rallies. Sturgis causing all the spread in the midwest. Etc.
It is silly. If people want to go to trump rallys oh well. If people want to go to indoor dance classes oh well...i am not going to either or being around anyone doing those types of things. Take care of yourself and keep your family safe. That is all you can do.
