Because of the Kansas legislature dorking around with the governor’s authority, it was easy to look county by county for comparison. Even with limitations in scope, there was a stark contrast-50 percent less spread prevalence. It could have been much higher with full compliance.

I challenge you to name 5 Black people Trump would feel are as "intelligent and capable" as even as an "average" white person. Besides maybe Ben Stoney Carson.

Many Democrats see SOME/MANY (but not all) Black people as being "oppressed" by "systemic racism" because they truly are oppressed by systemic racism.
