Different coach, different teammates, different roles. I dont put much into that kind of stuff. The guy can score and KU needs that.

Maybe some KU fans are mad he scored 21 off the bench to beat KU in Lawrence his freshman year. I was at that game, he was a beast.

Something I always wonder when a kid tries to play too much hero ball - Is that his own doing, or the coach saying "you're our best player, go make a play"? I'm sure the truth is somewhere in the middle, but it's not something I don't think Self can't get under control.

If you based your opinion of Sherron Collins off of his 4-15 (0-6 from 3) with 4 assists and 5 turnovers performance against Northern Iowa, teams wouldn't want him if he was available as a transfer, either. Which would be dumb.

The total body of work of Martin makes it clear that he would be an immediate upgrade for KU. And at the rate KU is whiffing on PG prospects and transfers, we can't afford to be choosy.

I’d rather be loosing with our guards trying to be the guy about it, rather than be loosing with our guards standing around wishing someone else would be the guy about it

But either way, I’d rather not be loosing, so I’m aright with Self blowing up the roster.

The only fair thing is for KT to land Remy, we go to a Final Four in 22 and then we say goodbye to KT.

Transferring to another school is just a backup plan for Remy, right?
