I'm just guessing but a google search for conservative-based memes probably gives you quite a few options.
I thought Rman was Count for a long time. But Rman couldn't help but reveal himself in any incarnation - he just craved the attention.
For the Conservatives on this board, I'm hoping he's just a sock or a troll. I'd hate to think that someone was actually that dim.
