Wild that those who scaremonger about Soros and the WEF and so on, are totally cool with Musk and the cryptofascists actually going for it.

A trend of how much people are shifting away from legacy media. Turns out when you spin news to promote a clear agenda to the pointing of lying, you become a dying brand. It's too obvious and people simply do not trust the media anymore

You are so close to getting the point (and in the correct thread, to boot!), but it might be one of those things where it's right next to you, all around you!, but in a dimension you cannot perceive.

Too funny. Twitter is just Truth Social now with some remnants of sports journalism still clinging to it. Twitter has a CLEAR agenda and that is for Musk to get Trump into the White House.

They got one of the three things right. Twitter is relatively "unfiltered" (if you ignore the obvious throttling and filtering of anything anti-Trump) but much of it isn't real or the truth.

Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

The thing is, there very much IS a lesson to be learned in the data. But that is not the lesson DogeDesigner is feeding right to the Rube Confirmation Bias machine.

Yes, there is absolutely a diffusion of sources and media.

And there is also a profound degradation in the quality of information.

case in point…one of the lead stories on the Today Show, as with yesterday, was Biden’s “garbage” gaffe with (yet again) zero mention of trump’s nearly identical comments

not that i hold the Today Show up as some sort of bastion of journalistic integrity…but still

https://www.cnn.com/2024/11/04/politics ... index.html

"An American social media influencer said he was paid $100 by a pro-Kremlin propagandist to post a fake video of Haitian immigrants claiming to vote in the US presidential election. The payment was one of several the man said he received from the propagandist- a registered Russian agent - to post on social media in the run-up to the election.

The pro-Trump influencer, who uses the @AlphaFox78 handle on X, is an American man living in Massachusetts, CNN has learned. He agreed to speak to CNN about the posts on condition of anonymity."

That $100 won’t buy him a Denny’s Grand Slam in the Trump economy.
